These are indeed challenging times, but fear and bloated doomsday beliefs will only make it worse. Stay home if you can, but not out of fear. Do so out of global awareness, respect for those who can’t or are at greater risk, and because it is time for us to regroup as a species. The Corona Virus, isolation, and supply shortages may be real, but so are healing, community, and environmental recovery. These trying days are not permanent. They do not define us, this planet, or our future. A new normal is on its way. Let’s rise up to meet it.

Hi Jennifer, I really loved this message. Thank you so much for putting it out. I have always believed and said things happen for a reason and also feel that this, although a hardship for most, sadness and sickness for some, will have so many possibilities of positivity. I know in my community people are feeling more communal, more neighborly, more giving and less pressure to always be on the go.
